It’s a Western omelet with no cheese. Ok a little cook joke. Our hand diced Hormel Ham, onions & green chili make up this mile high omelette. Choice of sides as usual and yes only difference to the Western is no cheese in this one.?

Two, yes two breakfast burritos. Chorizo, onions, Anaheim Chili, and American cheese all scrambled together with a couple of our top grade extra large eggs. Still get to choose a side of potatoes. We will throw in some extra napkins!

Named after the Buell Family. Buellton! Not the breakfast. The Breakfast named after the town. Bacon, sautéed onions, tomato, cheddar cheese and of course eggs whipped and scrambled together just like they did way back then. I think?
